Completely new to Saleslogix, SQL and databases in general.

Working in a small sales team in a Banking Debt Collection Agency in Germany (the kind that calls, not the kind that breaks legs =P ), but can't actually speak German (it's a long story). I have been put in charge of managing the company's transfer of their database from an Excel spreadsheet to Saleslogix and, as such, have just been made the Database Administrator, but have yet to receive any training. Right now I am currently working hard to understand and navigate this slightly intimidating system and to get the database useable. Wish me luck!
