Yes it is I, the Fred Jahnke that used at CustomerFX about 3 years ago. How are things going?
We are looking to move forward with our SLX installation. We also need to have some training for web access. We have written our own, mini Opportunity Management System in .NET for some of our clients. Andy says that you don't even use the SLX web and just re-write?
I little background on PRISM. We are an outsouced B2B telemarketing firm. So we have telemarkets who will be updating the SLX via the network, then we would have clients update these "leads" on their side and report off "the whole bunch".
